Phase 5.1 was a large scale redevelopment within the large South Acton regeneration area. The project comprised 5 blocks ranging from 5 to 12 storeys. The joint brickwork and scaffolding package was fast paced with over 80 bricklayers and 20 scaffolders on site at peak production. The ability to manage both the logistics and source labour resources is a direct consequence of Lee Marley’s scale and expertise.
