Lee Marley was commissioned to carryout façade and scaffolding works on this centrepiece development of the Woolwich Regeneration Area. Comprising of five multi-storey towers ranging between eight and twenty-two storeys, constructed over a podium containing the new Crossrail Station. Construction featured stone slip systems, brickwork, specialist prefabricated cladding, lintels and soffits.

Lee Marley’s expertise in high-rise scaffolding was essential in the success of this project. Installing cantilevered steelwork structures to allow the construction of the scaffold to be carried out over the main pedestrian thoroughfare.
