Lee Marley worked on eight Crossrail service and access portals for both Costain/Skanska and Balfour Beatty. Skilled logistics management was paramount as much of the work took place blow ground or at night. Quality and traceability of components was of vital importance to the Crossrail and this was achieved using our core supply chain partners and a dedicated in-house design manager. Projects ranged between £400k and £1.8m comprising predominantly of blockwork but also brickwork to over ground head houses.
