Newbuild construction at a historic waterfront location. Works included masonry and stone repairs and re-pointing of Grade II Listed building. Construction of the new building was conservation grade in order for it to blend within its historic surroundings. Attention to detail was key with English bond, lime mortar as well as stonework detailing.

LMB assisted in the design of lightweight arches to reduce construction costs and give programme improvements. Due to the constrained nature of the site LMB constructed the arches off site to ensure quality and they were delivered on a just in time basis in order to reduce the need for storage on site. The scaffolding also necessitated a specialist design as it overhung the Thames and adjacent properties.
