We worked with architects to improve the design of the secondary steel work in order to facilitate improvements in the program. LMB developed an innovative approach to the construction process on high-rise blocks in order to deliver the package ahead of schedule. The size and scale of Lee Marley enabled the commencement of works on multiple floors. In addition the speed of sequencing of works was aided by having an integrated staff installing masonry support, stonework and brickwork.
