Our people are the heart of the business and so health and safety is of the upmost importance to our company and its directors.

Whilst risk profiles may vary across trades and activities, we work to the highest benchmark. We only employ in-house health and safety managers to ensure the highest degree of influence on site.

We invest heavily in training, equipment and management systems and have become the first integrated façade sub-contractor to be awarded ISO18001 accreditation for its health and safety management system.

In addition to this we have developed our own behavioural safety programme “Think Smart Before You Start” in order to help our continual improvement in performance.
